Strategic planning & VAVE understanding.
Knowledge and understanding of tools design software and its execution
Complete understanding of JIS and other standards.
Knowledge of Injection molding machines, stamping presses, welding (TIG and MIG), CNC machines, wire cut and EDM machines.
Complete knowledge of ferrous and non- ferrous materials, plastic raw materials.
Complete knowledge of surface treatment like, Zinc plating, anodizing, annealing, induction hardening, powder coating and their compliances.
Awareness of tools and machines preventive maintenance.
Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance during the projects.
Lead planning and/or implementation of projects. Should participate in the design and testing phases.
Manage project budget and resource allocation.
Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements.
