We are seeking a highly skilled MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Developer having 2+ years of experience with expertise in Generative AI and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack, along with experience in implementing Generative AI solutions and deploying applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
Implement Generative AI techniques to enhance user experience, automate processes, and generate dynamic content.
Integrate AI models and algorithms into web applications to provide personalized recommendations, content generation, or predictive analysis.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services to support frontend functionalities and ensure smooth data flow.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through efficient coding practices and architectural decisions.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform thorough testing, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in MERN development, Generative AI, and AWS services.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience working as a MERN Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications built using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and techniques, with hands-on experience in implementing AI-driven solutions.
Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and IAM, with experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud.
Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, along with experience with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
