As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for strategy implementation and account management across your client allocation for paid performance channels like Instagram, Google Ads, Facebook etc.
Main Tasks Include:

Prepare reports on performance metrics of implemented strategies
Manage and communicate performance reports to the director regularly

Help with the development and improvement of products
Ensure processes are properly documented on internal Wiki
Investigate new platforms and channels for clients
Learning
Continuous learning and improvement across related platforms and products
Read and pay attention to industry publications
Become highly skilled in Google Analytics, Excel and all industry accepted tools
PR & Biz Dev
Help cross and upsell current clients
Help generate PR ideas and stories
Contribute to the blog
Success Measurement
Year on year increase of your client’s KPIs such as return on ad spend
Be up to date with all relevant certifications
Prior Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
6 months-1 year experience in similar roles
Excellent working knowledge of Instagram, Google Ads, Facebook and other advertising platforms
Excellent working knowledge of platforms like Search Ads 360 and Campaign Manager
Great working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics
Excellent English writing
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Attention to detail and results orientated
Great communicator
Nice to Have
Technical degree or background – think Finance, Computer Science and so on
Working knowledge of how Google Tag Manager works
Experience with data projects and visualization tools like Tableau
