We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to Update and Maintain information on our Company Databases and Computer System. His, Responsibilities include Collecting and Entering Data in Databases and Maintaining accurate records of valuable Company Information.
Responsibilities
- Re-Organization of Inventory & Compile in Systematic Manners.
- Reconcile all Data on Daily Basis.
- Compile Data with Authentic Accuracy and Sort all Information according to priorities to prepare that source data.
- Review data comprehensively to lessen Errors or Omissions, to Rectify data accordingly
- Research and Obtain further information for any kind of Incomplete Data.
- Generate reports and keep the record of all data in systematic manners.
- Keep information confidential.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Requirements
- Proven data entry work experience
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
