Key Responsibilities:
Amazon FBA Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records for Amazon Seller Central transactions.
- Reconcile Amazon payouts, inventory costs, and refunds.
- Track Amazon storage fees (AWD), fulfillment fees, PPC spending, and other deductions.
- Ensure accurate COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculation for real-time profitability tracking.
Financial Statements & Reconciliation:
- Prepare and maintain profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure accurate bank reconciliations and supplier payment records.
- Manage and verify expense categorization to avoid misreporting.
