We are looking for specialized trainers for IELTS / GMAT / GRE / Chinese Language / German Language.
As a Trainer for IELTS / GMAT / GRE / Chinese Language / German Language, you will be responsible for the educational success of your respective students.
You will contribute to the Students’ learning by preparing and delivering educational, interactive, and dynamic classes that help to prepare students in taking the exam for IELTS / GMAT / GRE / Chinese Language / German Language.
You will guarantee that the Student is given enough opportunity to develop their skills for IELTS / GMAT / GRE / Chinese Language / German Language and that they are guided for their course to achieve their desired score.
You will be responsible for providing Students with motivation, feedback and sound study advice as they progress through their studies. The Trainer will report to the Senior Management and share the progress of the students.
Main Responsibilities
- To deliver high quality teaching and admin services to students registered for IELTS / GMAT / GRE / Chinese Language / German Language.
- Plan and deliver a variety of lectures and tutorials which focus on respective skills required for IELTS / GMAT / GRE / Chinese Language / German Language.
- For IELTS trainer, teach classes focused on both IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training, A-1 Training tests.
- Conduct and grade practice tests.
- Marking and monitoring student’s work.
- Assist in conducting mock tests to determine the caliber of the students.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide individual feedback to students throughout the course.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and cross-functionally in order to ensure course growth and success.
- Professional in attitude and appearance, dynamic with a passion for teaching.
- Open minded towards new challenges, flexible, a positive attitude, and the desire to help change futures.
Incentive Plan
The incentive plan is based on percentage sharing plus additional bonus will be offered if targets are achieved.
