- Handling Petty Cash and Cash flow sheet on daily basis.
- Reconciliation of the following accounts on weekly basis,
- Purchase Imprest Account
- Factory Imprest Account
- Factory Building Imprst Account
- Prepare voucher of cash payment and receipt.
- Ensure that the vouchers are placed in their respective files.
- Prepare cash vouchers & journal vouchers on daily basis.
- Responsible for record keeping in store room.
- Any additional task assigned by Head of Department.
