1. To ensure production and quality of product as per laid down procedures and instructions.

2. To supervise production and quality of product during product realization processes.

3. To supervise and ensure identification & traceability of product during product realization processes.

4. To check documentation of all section on daily basis and to prepare daily production report.

5. To report daily production status and quality problems to production engineer.

6. To monitor employee’s performance and work activities and take actions against wrong practices and poor performance of the workers.

7. To supervise and ensure use of calibrated monitoring and measuring equipment and their proper use during product realization processes.

8. To monitor nonconformities in product, their processes and control it.

9. To ensure timely completion of orders to meet delivery target by taking actions.

10. Ensures controlled movement of product with in the section as well as to next section with proper identifications and traceability.

11. To control uses of general materials in production i.e. waste cloths.

12. To evaluate training of new employees through supervising practical work and job knowledge.

13. To perform task assigned by the production engineer.
