• Effective Manage Sales Team to achieve Sales Excellence and sales Targets

• Maintaining Inventory levels based on forecasting and Historic consumption data.

• Proactively devising strategy for efficient Market coverage and customer satisfaction

• Key Account Management in an effective way.

• Maintain Organic Growth and improve Profitability

• Streamlining day to day activity of the sales team and Sales Support Team to improve process flows and system efficiency and improved response time.

• Ensure a satisfied customer base and closely monitor customer feedback system.
