Dispatch Sales Representative

AMF Dispatch LLC is a leading dispatching services provider catering to the trucking industry. We specialize in assisting truck drivers in optimizing their routes, managing logistics, and improving overall operational efficiency. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Dispatch Sales Representative with experience in truck dispatching to join our team and help us expand our client base within the United States.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily truck drivers and trucking companies, to introduce our dispatching services and explain the benefits of partnering with AMF Dispatch LLC.
Build and maintain strong relationships with truck drivers by understanding their specific needs, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored solutions.
Utilize your expertise in truck dispatching to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, emphasizing how they can enhance drivers' productivity, increase profitability, and streamline operations.
Actively engage in consultative selling to identify potential clients' pain points, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in their dispatching operations.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized dispatching solutions and proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and objectives.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by closing deals and securing new business partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and client information in the CRM system.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
Leverage your knowledge of truck dispatching to provide insights and guidance to clients, helping them optimize their dispatching processes and improve efficiency.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote AMF Dispatch LLC's services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and materials to support the business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Dispatch Sales Agent role, preferably within the trucking or transportation industry.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge and experience in truck dispatching, understanding the intricacies of dispatch operations and challenges faced by truck drivers.
Excellent listening and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to identify and address clients' needs effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
Availability to make outbound calls and work within the U.S. time zones.
