We are looking for CSRs for Final expense and Medicare campaign
1. Providing introductory information to new customers.
2. Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
3. Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases.
4. Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services.
5. Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
6. Escalating queries and concerns.
7. Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.
8. Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
pCall Center carries out sales and marketing activities which are mainly done through cold calling, we have been providing sufficient valuable information about company / product to people and convert them as a potential leads that turns into sales to its clients. Outbound calls are made by telemarketing agents to the customers where we typically use a predictive dialer so that a large number of calls can be made per hour./p
