Job Description

Would be responsible to listen to all the calls generated by the operations team and will be responsible to evaluate those in a timely manner, input all the info obtained from the call into an excel spreadsheet
Should know all the guidelines and qualification criteria of Final Expense Insurance Program
Should have at least a year's experience of working in a call center
Excellent Listening skills
Profound understanding of English
Good typing speed
Should be able to Multi-task and Evolve
