The Candidate should Assist HR Manager with full potential to be an active part of an organization
Should have the excellence to prepare the monthly payroll, attendance and maintain personal files
Will be responsible at conducting telephonic interviews, job postings and managing employee offers
Primarily responsible to work as an HR generalist and facilitate in the performance of key HR functions including staffing, training, performance and compensation management etc

Facilitates in the development and maintenance of HR manuals, processes, forms, guidelines etc.
