HSE ASSISTANT

Job Specifications:

Education: D.A.E with any HSE Certifcate
Experience: 1 to 3 years of HSE experience

Key Responsibilities:

The HSE Assistant will support the ongoing development, maintenance, training and safe environmental programs to include, but not limited to the following.

Understanding of ISO OHSAS 18001 and EMS 14001
Assistant in maintain safety guide lines, procedures and safety polices.
Assist safety officer in maintain health and hygiene of all employees, members and guest.
Assist safety officer in maintaining safe working environment.
Weekly documented inspection of fire extinguisher.
Daily visit to various locations within the resort to ensure safety guide line.
Assist safety officer in personal protective equipment programs.
Be a team member of Risk /Environmental Health Safety assessments report.
Reports any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard.
Communicates effectively to create safety awareness.
Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE
Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment

Candidates residing near Gulshan e Maymar will be preferred.

Personality Traits/Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate should be energetic and young

Amreli Steels Limited is a fully automatic re-rolling mill and is a recognized down stream industry of Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation, Bin Qasim, Karachi. The group, founded over 50 years ago, initially invested in manual hot-rolling technology & installed four re-rolling mills across Pakistan. In the 1970's, the group invested in the ship-breaking industry to feed its mills. By the early 80's a strong increase in the quantities & quality was foreseen.
