TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Specifications:

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in relevant field
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferably talent acquisition on engineering positions)

Job Requirements:

Assist Manager Talent Acquisition in recruitment of staff (specially on engineering positions) - this includes developing job descriptions, advertisements, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and selection of candidates as well as background/reference check
Partner with line managers to get a clear view on hiring needs
Ensure that end-to-end recruitment activities are fully compliant with SuccessFactors Recruitment Module
Conduct interviews as per requirement.
Assist in onboarding process of new hires.
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
To maintain and update employee records.

Amreli Steels Limited is a fully automatic re-rolling mill and is a recognized down stream industry of Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation, Bin Qasim, Karachi. The group, founded over 50 years ago, initially invested in manual hot-rolling technology & installed four re-rolling mills across Pakistan. In the 1970's, the group invested in the ship-breaking industry to feed its mills. By the early 80's a strong increase in the quantities & quality was foreseen. To cater to this demand, Amreli Steels scrapped all its manual re-rolling mills & imported the presently running fully automatic mill based on the latest rolling technology available in the world.
