MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To lead the execution of the business development and marketing strategies through a team resulting in achieving and exceeding both sales and profitability goals.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement a business strategy and to build the business, ensuring its constant
growth while simultaneously improving financial results with high focus on risk and receivable
management
· Deal with ambiguity and complex situations in a fast-changing company and marketplace
· Remain focused on a new business opportunities
· Partner with Cross functions, Support function , Marketing teams and distributors to drive
Effective, profitable, and sustainable business model.
· Supporting and Managing on new business growth initiatives in the Area
· Maintain good relation with HCP’s and Gaining confidence and respect
· Monitoring distributors’ performance based on overall activities including product mix ,
Target achievement, and correcting deviations whenever needed.
· Coordinate sales / deliveries through liaising with distributors and customers service.
· Monitoring competition performance and coordinate with marketing department to establish
plans to counteract their activity
- Ability to lead change within a start-up environment - Identify and recommend solutions to overcome barriers to adoption, rapidly changing healthcare environment.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
Education
- University Degree in Business or Science or relevant field of study
- Postgraduate qualifications in business, marketing or health sciences would be desirable.
Experience
- Significant work experience in medical device company experience within progressives roles, sales, sales leadership, marketing etc.
- 3-5 years in a Leadership role – Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Manager (after a sales role) working directly with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Highly desired – comprehensive medical device field experience supporting procedures and familiar with Good Clinical Practices.
- Previous Multinational Experience is preferred
- Prior experience in collaborating and operating in a matrix structure
- Strong track record of coaching, counseling and developing direct reports with overall people skills demonstrated by track record of motivating others to drive performance
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with customers, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to present/teach detailed technical and clinical information, to all levels of company personnel and customers alike.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness and ability to travel 50%-60% of time
- Based in Pakistan
