Education:
- Science/engineering graduate
- Professional certification (9001,45001, 14001) is preferred
- Experience: 2-3 years
Scope of Duties:
- To assist in the implementation of an effective quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with quality SOPs/processes already implemented across the organization per the scope defined.
- Monitor and follow up to ensure quality-related activities such as pest control, cleaning hygiene checks, fumigation, calibration, etc are being performed by the concerned departments according to the agreed schedules.
- Maintain relevant quality master data and tracking ensuring validity and update promptly.
- Arrangement and managing internal/external QMS audits as per plan.
- Ensure quality / timely closure of NC's from internal/external/other audits.
- Manage and lead site quality alert program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance of products/materials specs management system.
- Lead and deliver the implementation of change control and validation management.
- Manage the end-to-end customer complaint-handling process to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Other Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
- A minimum of 1 year of direct QA experience is recommended.
- Any relevant/professional certification (9001, 45001, 14001 etc) is highly preferable.
- Good understanding in ERP systems MS Office and MS project / other tools.
Additionally preferred:
- Must have their conveyance
- Residing near Landhi Industrial Area
