Developing Business Plans and Designing Marketing Campaigns by forecasting, predicting, and implementing various strategies for the organization and its brands/products;

  •  Developing and implementing the organization’s communication strategy (internal and external) through conventional and digital platforms’ i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
  • Designing and circulating organization’s Newsletter for internal customers and potential investors;
  •  Uplifting the digital presence on modern trends including social networking sites and website of the organization;
  • Determining annual sales and revenues by planning and developing sales quotas for various projects, regions and team members through identifying sales volume in line with the goals;
  • Monitoring competition and suggesting pricing strategies for improving the organizational performance;
  • Improving the product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, improving service standards and coordinating new product development;
  • Researching, gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports;
  • Taking corrective actions by matching actual vs. achieved targets, expenditures, variances and other associated factors;
  • Suggesting system improvements by understanding consumer requirements and market trends for achieving the organization’s sales and marketing goals;
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives;
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities;
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks;
  • Building strong relationships with the internal stakeholders for understanding key customer touch points;
  • Preparing reports and presenting it to Head of Sales and/or Senior Management Team as and when needed.
