Managing the administration and maintenance of company records (Assets, HR, financial, biometric, attendance and others) accurately and efficiently;

Making routine visits to the site and staff residence for housekeeping purposes;

Managing the use of AMC vehicles and equipment assigned at the site;

Participating in site Project Reviews as and when required;

Maintaining communication with all other departments on site;

Supporting engineering staff in documenting contracts, work orders, technical changes etc;

Working with Procurement Team to find new suppliers, negotiate for rates and payments;

Managing suppliers and contractors by ensuring timely payments, delivery and all contractual obligations;

Assisting related department in government related matters;

Preparing Monthly Site Budgets and managing petty cash;

Arranging the visits of AMC management, government personnel, site inspectors and other visitors (non-customers) to the site;

Other duties as assigned.
