We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Office Trainer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various training-related operations and ensuring the smooth execution of training programs.
This role demands a professional with a versatile skill set, particularly in the mobile industry and excellent team management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute training operations and related tasks
- Develop and manage training materials and course content
- Utilize OLN CRM software for training operations
- Perform video editing and graphic design for training materials.
- Handle team management and coordination
- Ensure effective communication within the training team and with other departments
- Develop and improve training processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training within the mobile industry.
- Video Editing & Designing Skills
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Good communication skills with moderate proficiency in English
- Ability to develop training materials and manage course development
