ApexChat is currently processing 100,000+ chats per month on behalf of 4000+ US businesses. To meet the growing chat volume and growing customer base we are looking to add several chat agents.
Candidates must possess excellent English reading, writing and comprehension skills. English test will be given.
Responsibilities:
Agents will handle incoming chat calls from business based in US, Canadian and Australian such as Automotive dealerships, attorneys, plastic surgeons and more. We are running 24x7 however we are servicing the US market therefore the peak chat hours are from 8pm to 4am. Ability to work from home a plus. Training will be provided. Our current office is on Shahrah-e-Faisal at Nursery in Karachi.
