Responsibilities
· Promote the company’s products/services through multiple delivery channels.
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings / appointment and Answers questions from clients.
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Resolve disagreements/issues that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.
· Maintain active sales pipeline and strategy to build profitable business.
· Manage business deals from negotiation to close.
· Makes sure that to meet targets during a given period.
· Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Requirements
· Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
· Proven sales track record
· Experience in customer support is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office, Proficiency in English
· Market knowledge, Communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build rapport , Time management and planning skills
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred, sales or relevant field
