Job Responsibilities:

Achieve established standard, while making calls, for both operations and quality assurance.
Maintain an accurate and complete understanding of all client products/services that are to be up-sold.
To identify and handle customer inquiries and respond to their questions in the best possible manner.
To speak in an accent that is fully understood and appreciated by the customer.
To engage in a friendly and polite telephonic conversation with the customer.
To have knowledge regarding efficient usage of software for their respective system tools.
