Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
Excellent skill in using a variety of financial software applications, spreadsheet modeling and presentation software, and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
If have experience should provide a recommendation letter with verification details from at least one employer
Must have fully functional equipment and internet connection in order to work from home
Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
Excellent analytical, technical, financial modeling, and presentation skills

Role and Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst efficiently creates financial models, as well as ad hoc analysis, forecasts future financial results, and is an integral part of the forecasting and budgeting processes.

Specifics:

Analyze baseline financial statement information including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and critical operational data to determine business viability and potential areas for overall business improvement and by business segments
Deliver key analysis of financial and operational performance on a weekly and monthly basis
Support continuous financial planning & analysis of business including the development of the annual budget.
Retrieve and reconcile information from various sources to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting
Analyze operational and financial activity in complex financial litigation matters; Investigate events surrounding disputed transactions and contracts
Provide technical support to other team members as necessary
