Conditions and required Skills:

Strong communication skills (in English, Urdu and with the relevant regional/local language)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and leadership abilities
Good IT Skills specially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Candidates with conveyance (Motorcycle with CD 70 cc etc) will be preferred
Candidates residing from the nearby twin cities (Islamabad/Rawalpindi) will receive preference

JDs for Sales and Marketing Executives:

Perform pre-sales/ post sales activities requirements gathering, research and build relationships with new clients
Face to face meeting with the target and potential customers/clients
Introducing the company, its products, services regarding medical equipment
Sharing daily field visit updates with senior managers
Developing and implementing the sale strategies with timelines accordingly.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors to improve the efficiency of sales and marketing
Follow up with the existing clients and converting the prospective customers into company clientage
Keeping strong checks on customer service delivery of every individual customer
Digging out new corporate opportunities for the company products and services
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Assist in planning, directing and coordinating the daily activities of the organization
Identify requirements from target customers and sharing prices and quotations(if and when required)
