· Responsible to Assist Center Manager in Center Operations included but not limited to

a. Promotional and brand building activities to attract maximum walk-in to the center

b. Control over counseling team to maintain conversion ratio

c. Academic and student management operations to maintain good word of mouth among students

d. Job placement activities for placement of students and to maintain good relations with industry

e. Ensure daily base entries on Aptrack

· Lead & assist entire team, prioritize work load and delegate activities among team

· Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, orienting, selecting and training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment and developing personal growth opportunities

· Ensure timely progress of batches & student satisfaction

· Ensure the achievement of student job placement targets

· Control administrative expenses like usage of electricity, use of generator, power consumption etc.

· Ensure quality control in Academics

· Innovate, plan and execute marketing Strategies for the Center

· Ensure complete adherence to policies & procedures
