Looking for a passionate, energetic & dedicated operational executive to join our team. Operations and admin with some sales acumen .
The operation executive is responsible to ensure smooth functioning and upkeep of the premises and manage affairs related to the gym.
Key responsibilities include
- Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the premises by conducting spot checks and managing staff
- Make sure the equipment is in working condition and maintenance is regularly carried out
- Should be good at sales (call conversion, bring in clients)
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the facility including responding to client queries, managing cleaning staff, dealing with vendors, workers, etc
- - Providing excellent customer services and proactively responding to customer queries related to fees, packages, offers etc (on-call and in-person)
- Identifying areas for business development and recommending new packages based on customer demand and market trends
- Keeping up to date with best practices in gyms
- Managing accounts, preparing reconciliation, and keeping track of costs and expenses.
- Identifying new vendors for equipment and building maintenance
- Should know basic excel for accounts
- Any other task assigned
