We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Photographer and Video Shooter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing captivating photos and videos to be used across our various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute photo and video shoots for social media content, including product shots, lifestyle imagery, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and framing.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography, videography, and social media to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including photo and video libraries, to ensure efficient access and retrieval.
- Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to optimize content performance and drive audience growth.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate occasional travel and off-hours shoots as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for content creation and distribution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling and visual storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in photography, videography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
