AGT Institute is looking for a young, hardworking, and high caliber Accountant who can manage our institute's accounts as well as teach our students computerized accounting. The applicant needs to be proficient in the use of various accounting software and be a good teacher with great communication skills.
Job responsibilities include the following:
- Maintain financial records (Bookkeeping) using various software (Quick book, Sage 50 and Excel etc.)
- Analyze financial data using different analysis tools and techniques
- Prepare financial statements
- Tax computation and filing according to Pakistan legislation
- Draft letters and other necessary documents for correspondence
- Payroll management and payout
- Be able to teach a class of up to 30 students everything about QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, and other commonly used accounting software.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree
- Experience in other institutes is preferred
- At least 5 years experience in a relevant job as accountant is required
- Any teaching experience is a huge plus.
- Expertise in Sage 50 and/or QuickBooks and Excel mandatory
- Minimum 1-year experience in a reputable organization in a similar role
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
- Understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Ethical and professional behavior
