- Responsible to reach at customer address timely as per given time frame by operational supervisor.
- Responsible to resolve all the queries of customers related to HVAC system by using proper PPE's.
- Responsible for initial inspection of premises for identification of customers related to HVAC work and inform operational supervisor before starting the work.
- Responsible for repair and maintenance of Air conditioner system, refrigerator, and dispenser.
- Responsible to resolve the queries related to AC, refrigerator, and dispenser.
- Responsible to guide the customers for proper uses of AC, refrigerator, and dispenser system to minimize issues.
- Responsible to purchase spare parts as per instruction of operational supervisor.
Education:
- DAE/HVAC diploma.
Experience:
- 2-3 years relevant experience.
