- Oversee and assist in managing the operations of fleet management and supply chain management for hospital waste management project.
- Assisting AM Supply Chain & Logistics in routine operational activities of fleet management and supply chain management.
- Responsible for on-time delivery of Materials to Hospitals through the TCS warehouse or any other delivery mechanism as per company policy.
- Responsible for reconciliation of stock available in the warehouse and in hospital sub-stores.
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance for all vehicles through vendors located in different cities to ensure fleet reliability.
- Order urgent or emergency repairs for vehicles as needed to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Collect and verify vehicle log books recording of vehicle activities and compliance.
- Utilize online tracking systems to monitor the movement of vehicles in real time and ensure adherence to planned routes and schedules.
- Responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles in different cities.
- Responsible for keeping record keeping and filing of all necessary work done related to Logistics & Supply Chain.
- Compile monthly reports related to the Hospital Infectious Waste Management Project.
- Any other operational tasks as assigned to support the efficient functioning of waste management operations.
