Ensure completion of unrecorded purchases in software; in case of discrepancies, coordinate with purchase and store department
Ensure accurate and on time completion of posting in ERP with respect to payables
Assist Sr. Accounts Specialist in preparing accounts payable report for management accounts on monthly basis or as and when required
Count money in cash till at the start of the day to reconcile it with cash ledger balance both manually or in ERP
Refill amount required for petty cash in cash till for day to day petty expenses
Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins
Obtain approval from Head Accounts & Finance for the payment of all cash requisitions after audit from Internal Audit Department
Make reimbursement of all verified (from Audit Department) official expenses made by employees as per their limits
Receive cash payments from parties whenever required
Issue receipts against cash received
Perform any other task assigned by Head Accounts & Finance/Team Lead Accounts/Sr. Accounts Specialist
