Regularly liaison with Head Production & QA for production plan of corrugated sheets and distribute work accordingly among supervisor
- Acquire and issue required material as per plan provided by Head Production & QA
- Ensure that corrugated production division timely achieves monthly/quarterly booked capacity
- Take regular floor round to monitor section activities (housekeeping, running production plan) and productivity
- Prepare required production related reports (production, wastage etc) to monitor floor activities and productivity
- Present all production or related reports to discuss overall productivity and take further instructions
- Make sure that the corrugated sheets getting out from machines are quality assured thereby reducing reworks at any further stage
- Supervise all Work in Progress (WIP) as per the defined quality parameters
- Ensure no financial or non-financial loss is faced by company due to production mishaps
- Ensure that production staff is properly using Personal Protective Equipment for personal safety and avoid injuries
- Ensure zero tolerance level for using of PPE’s at floor
- Ensure zero accident ratio because of not using of PPE’s
- Ensure on time remediation of health and safety related issues on the floor
