Job Overview

Responsible for the effective delivery of quality service through management of the day to day running of services/operations. This includes professional leadership, guidance & management of Support Workers, responsibility for effective management of resources in line with the policies/principles of Askari Tower Lahore.

Responsibilities and Duties

Managing and coordinating operations management in large commercial activities/facilities of Askari Tower
Effectively manages team members, including technicians, support staff and other stakeholders, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out/achieved in the best interest of AWT/Askari Tower Lahore
Extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including commercial tower’s services details, industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
Responsibilities include directing staff, collecting fees, solving complaints, overseeing maintenance, preparing financial reports, updating records, negotiating contracts, and approving marketing campaigns
Offering exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
Assists with or performs administrative tasks as per assigned by AWT’s Management
Setting up/maintaining service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service
Monitoring and controlling every department and ensuring client’s complaints are well addressed and take corrective measures to lessen those recurring issues with regular audit of work being done
