To Achieve Volumetric and Gross Margin Targets of his respected station.
Responsible for Smooth & Efficient functioning of the CNG/MF Station, round the clock.
Daily closing of sales after completion of shifts i.e. morning and evening. All details of quantity of gas sold and amount received from cashiers will be recorded.
Supervision and maintenance of equipment of his station.
Implement HSSE on the station to bring healthy environment for the employees and for customers.
To maintain GCR, Gas to sales and USR, Utilities to sales ratio as per given targets.
Effective usage of project resources for smooth functioning of CNG Station around the clock.
Liaison with concerned staff of WAPDA and SNGPL (Meter Readers, Linemen, SDO and XEN) of their respective areas and also establish personal/friendly relations with them.
