Requirement:
• MBA Finance with 1 to 2 years relevant experience in Investment Banking / Transaction Advisory Services.
• Fresh MBAs can also apply.
• Good report writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand Business Dynamics of different business ventures
• Able to prepare complex financial models based on information gather and as per the business requirement
• Present the same to financial institutions / equity partners for raising of debt and equity
• Build sensitivities and scenarios in the business financial models
• Assist management in project and business valuations
