Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling proposals and bids on Upwork to win projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for bids.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Availability during evening shifts (4:00 pm-1:00 am).
- Education: Intermediate.
