Responsibilities

Ensure alignment with the company's ESG strategy and values, integrating sustainability principles into business operations and decision-making processes.
Execute sustainability plans, activities, projects, and tasks, and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct sustainability assessments to identify current practices, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
Develop and deliver sustainability-related training programs to employees, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to promote awareness and understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
Track progress towards sustainability goals, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the company's sustainability performance.
Promote behavior change initiatives among employees and stakeholders to encourage sustainable practices and values.
Stay informed about sustainability targets set by the company, its clients, and relevant regulations, and ensure compliance with sustainability laws and regulations.
Explore the latest technologies, resources, and partnerships available locally and globally to enhance sustainability efforts and create mutually beneficial collaborations.

Qualifications / Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or a relevant field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage sustainability initiatives efficiently.
Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to sustainability.
Proficiency in sustainability data collection, analysis, and reporting.
