Arvelon is looking for Beauty Advisors for Lahore and Karachi regions for multiple IMT stores. This is a full-time position and you will be working 08 hours daily in Retail stores.

On top of skills, your personality and passion are most important for us.

What you will be doing:

Promote the Brand as in a professional manner.
Provide the complete ‘specialist experience’ to the consumer as per the brand you are assigned to.
Create awareness of the assigned brand SKUs available.
Achieve designated sales targets that can be revised at any time.
Cleanliness of unit/shelves/studio.
Merchandising and cleanliness of unit/shelves/studio/POS.
Develop and maintain business relations in order to influence store display and layout in favor of Arvelon.
Ensuring availability of consumer education collateral booklets, flyers etc.
Flagging up on POS installation – Wobblers.
New launch hot spot arrangement/maintenance.
Accurate order generation - as per demand and stock status.
Maintain strict confidentiality of data and provided information.
Analyze and report on competitor brand activations, special merchandising, offers and price changes of Competition brands.
Maintain tester requirement & stock shortage report sheets.
Attend bi-weekly meetings as well as new launch training for which you will be notified from time to time.

What we are looking for:

Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor.
Basic skincare product knowledge.
Excellent speaking manner.
Strong interpersonal skills
Every time when Arvelon team will visit the stores, they will be evaluating you on the checklist, which shall be shared with you at the time of deployment.
