ARY Digital Network is looking for experienced "System Support Engineer" for Lahore office.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Administration of the networks and servers to ensure maximum performance in terms of availability, accessibility, speed and security. Implementation of security, policies, grant permissions, and limit services as required. Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of domains, servers and network systems. Installation and configuration of new software. Implementation of Backup/Network security plans & strategies. Management of all kinds of server installation, migration, backup and restoration. Provide and maintain reports & documentation of network, systems, and backups on a regular basis. Troubleshooting the network/systems and providing support to local and remote users. Manage network infrastructure to ensure disaster recovery systems are accessible. Manage and provide effective ongoing support to users on integration projects and implementations.

- Installing and troubleshooting NLE Machines and its Software’s. Setting up and Managing Video Streaming and its protocols. Must have complete knowledge of working in a Broadcasting station and its responsibilities. Installation, Managing and Operating Video SMD Walls. Must have knowledge of Broadcasting severs and its functions. Must have knowledge of broadcasting infrastructure.

- Also, Identify and recommend improvements to systems and processes to improve business efficiency

Qualification and Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as System Support, preferably in media or production.

- Hands on experience in implementation and management of Servers, Active Directory, Non Linear Editing Machines, Apple Machines, Video Streaming, Firewalls ISA/TMG, Virtual Servers, Backup of Windows Servers and SQL, Network Printers, SMD Operations etc.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study. MCITP, MCSE, CCNA certifications will be preferred.
