Responsibilities:
· Managing design process from visualization to final product
· Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
· Coordination with owners to select seasonal themes
· Coordination with tailors for pattern making and implementation of design
· Ensuring final product is in line with business strategy and quality assurance
· Selecting fabrics and trims
· Supervision for making the prototype (sample)
· Oversee the final production for quality of designs
Requirements:
· Qualified in Fashion and Textile design
· 2+ years experience, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply if meet the requirements
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
· Ability to make sketches by hand and using computer software (experience in CLO 3D will be preferred)
· Skills in print and embroidery design
· Excellent design and conceptual skills
· Excellent sense of style and color combination
· Ability to meet multiple deadlines
· Good communication skills
· Fluent in English both speaking and writing
Incentives:
· Salary package : PKR 20,000 – PKR 35,000 (Based on experience and competency)
· Job type : Long Term
· Working Hours : 48 hours per week
