General Supervisor

Looking for a candidate who can supervise and oversee the daily performance of workers. He is expected to organize employees' workflow and ensure that they understand their duties. His job is to monitor the productivity of employees and give constructive feedback.

Responsibilities & duties:

Supervise and oversee the daily performance of workers.
Organize employees' workflow
Training new hires
Day-to-day supervision of all matters related to manufacturing
Maintenance of overall factory area.

Qualifications / experience required:

Intermediate or higher.
Retired Army officer would be preferred.
Relevant experience of 1-2 years
