This is a remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales. The Sales Specialist will also maintain and update customer databases, provide customer service, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone
- Proven track record of successful cold calling and sales experience, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with customer service and CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work at night shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with a duration of 4 to 5 hours per night, from 9 PM to 2 AM.
