We are looking to hire a young and energetic Management Accountant for our firm. This is a base position for candidates looking to work as a business consultant in future.

The ideal candidate will be working on the following tasks:

Review and reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies with the clients for quarterly and annual closings
Prepare and deliver quarterly management reports and dashboards/KPIs
Prepare and reconcile data for audit and tax purposes at year end
Prepare monthly service tax and employee tax data for filing
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
Prepare monthly agendas for all clients with weekly timelines
Assist in developing and implementing SOPs to ensure smooth reporting and compliance
Assist in feasibility reports and financial models (for new clients and on need basis)
Assist in monitoring all financial matters of the clients
Liaison with the clients on weekly basis to resolve business operational issues
Evaluate and monitor monthly agenda with weekly progress and report it to the client on timely basis
As a key player in the accounting process, recommend how to improve efficiency using automation
Assist in growing clientele and pitching to new clients
Preparing presentations for potential new clients
Any other task as assigned by the management
ACCA or Bachelors in Accounting and Finance with minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar field
Self-management to work independently and autonomously
Good communication skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Tech savvy with experience of accounting software eg: Xero
Ability to meet deadlines and desire to learn constantly
High integrity and work ethics
Analytical skills to resolve client queries
