Production Intern

We are a growing bridal brand based in Lahore, Pakistan, and we are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our team as a Production and Office Management specialist. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree and have an interest in the bridal industry. The intern will be responsible for overseeing production and labor, tracking their hours, and assisting with office management and administrative tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee production and labor to ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
Manage the production process and track the progress of each order
Track and monitor production expenses and inventory levels
Maintain records of employee hours and manage their schedules
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery of goods
Assist with data entry and maintenance of our customer database
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Assist the CEO and management team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with other team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology savvy

Additional Information:

Location: This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan near DHA

Stipend: A stipend will be paid to the intern for the duration of the 4-month program

Full-time Position: This internship program may lead to a full-time position based on the intern's performance and company's requirements.
