Core Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payables, and receivables administration.
Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.
Ad-Hoc value-add analysis, as directed.
Complete month-end and quarter-end close processes in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with the preparation of monthly analyses and associated reporting requirements (e.g. bank covenant calculations).
Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Assist with maintaining accurate forecast detail(s).
Complete end of month close procedures.
Manage e-filings transaction vouchers with supporting documents and approvals.
Circulating reminders to customers for their outstanding invoices and ensure receipt of significant invoices and status of payment.
Preparation & posting of journal entries (accrued revenue and accrued expenses) for month-end close.
Maintain different schedules such as: prepaid expenses and deferred revenue schedule & set up in deferral module with correct GL accounts & coverage period.
Maintain fixed assets schedule, and capitalization of asset as per company threshold criteria.
Investigate and communicate any account discrepancies for resolution.
