Assistant Group Accountant

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections, audits, and expediting activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to provide technical support and timely reporting throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage and coordinate technical staffing assignments, ensuring the right expertise is deployed to meet project demands.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inspections, audits, and staffing activities.
- Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate issues and enhance project outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote effective communication and service delivery.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to maintain high-quality service.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in inspection, expediting, auditing, or technical staffing within the energy, engineering, or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and reporting systems used in inspection and auditing processes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
