This role is centered on managing and expanding relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors to drive incremental orders, retention, and exclusivity. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to vendors, optimize business performance, and enhance their overall experience. Collaboration with restaurant staff, operations teams, and marketing is essential to improve menu displays, develop promotions, and share performance insights. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing value-added initiatives, including exclusive partnerships and campaign acquisitions, is critical to achieving monthly growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive incremental orders and build strong relationships with GMV Class A & B vendors through comprehensive 360-degree servicing.
- Train restaurant staff and collaborate with operations teams and owners to improve menu displays and enhance vendor experience.
- Partner with the marketing team to design and execute promotions and events that maximize vendor performance.
- Identify and implement new value-added initiatives, such as exclusive partnerships with key accounts, with a focus on meeting monthly growth KPIs.
- Ensure timely completion of delivery logistics photography for top key accounts.
- Manage deal acquisition for both monthly and event-based campaigns.
- Monitor logistics performance on a daily and weekly basis, aiming to reduce issue and failure rates.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop tactical plans, and manage project risks, issues, and blockers.
- Support cross-functional teams by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying necessary processes and tools.
- Maintain visibility by providing regular progress reports to management.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as required to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1.5 years of experience in account directorship or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations and conducting business reviews.
- Solid understanding of food industry operations and costings.
