An established and fast growing, Lahore based Company is looking for a suitable candidate for position of Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts for following roles and responsibilities;
- Managing payables and receivables of the company
- Maintain updated financial records
- Periodically update and maintain projects cash flows
- Prepare Weekly and monthly financial reports
- Implement company SOPs in true spirit.
- Must possess strong communication skills and be able to coordinate with Sales and Projects team by taking ownership of the company interests
- Maintain customer ledgers
- Cross-checking & Processing of invoices
- Keep check on company expanses
- Work with collection team on overdue payments
- Experience of managing bank accounts and should be able to coordinate with bankers
- Experience with dealing with govt organizations like SECP, FBR etc.
- Experience of submission of income tax returns etc.
- Should be able to handle company documentations and filing system including company contracts.
- Must be proficient in English language, MS Excel, MS word and QuickBooks.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess Solid analytical skills.
- Minimum experience of 5 years is required.
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
- Salary package will be according to market norms and capability of the suitable candidate.
