The ideal candidate should be Bachelors/Master Degree preferably in Human Resource Management with Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in the relevant field in well reputed organization(s).

Responsibilities:
- A very good understanding on developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes

- Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Head hunting and posting on different job portals.
- Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization and Motivation
- Responsible for Performance Management
- Responsible for Payroll management
